Konrad Palka – President of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer
Konrad Palka has served as President of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of Pharmena since the Company’s inception.
Prior to joining Pharmena, he gained extensive experience in the financial sector. Between 1994 and 2003, he held a number of senior roles in sales and marketing, including Head of Private Banking Branch at Bank Austria Creditanstalt, Sales Director at DOM Pension Fund Society (established by Citibank), and Sales and Marketing Director at BRE Bank’s asset management companies – Skarbiec Financial Services and Skarbiec Pension Fund Society.
He is a graduate of the University of Łódź (Faculty of Economics and Sociology, Department of Finance and Banking). He also completed an Executive Certificate in Business Administration at the Mendoza College of Business, University of Notre Dame. Additionally, he has participated in numerous training programs in management, marketing, and sales conducted by institutions such as Swiss Re, Bank Austria Creditanstalt, and Citibank.

Marzena Wieczorkowska – Vice President, Research and Development
Marzena Wieczorkowska has acted Pharmena since the Company’s formation. Since April 2008, she has been Vice President of Research & Development at Pharmena SA. Before, since 2003, she had been Member of the Board, Research & Development Director at Pharmena Ltd.
Prior to joining to Pharmena, from 1998 to 2003 she engaged in scientific research at the Institute of Applied Radiation Chemistry, Faculty of Chemistry, Technical University of Lodz. In 2003 she obtained Ph.D. degree in chemistry.
During 1999-2002, she was a beneficiary of the Scholarship of the Foundation for Polish Science. Marzena Wieczorkowska is a graduate of the Lodz University of Technology, the Faculty of Chemistry. Her areas of expertise are metabolic health, nutraceuticals, cosmetology and longevity. She participated in the development of the patented active substance 1-MNA for applications in medicine and novel food. Marzena focuses on research on the applications of the unique molecule 1-MNA in longevity and healthy aging.
